1. SIDES

 

The following terms have been agreed upon in this contract between "Tube King" (hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY), the resident "Application Purchasers, Application Users" (hereinafter referred to as the USER in this contract), and the resident  application & project".

 

 

2. THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

 

The terms and conditions of use, which are the focus of the contract, will ensure that any information and documents provided by the USER to the Company within the program and panel within the scope of the Tube King  project—which are expressly stated to contain the disclosed confidentiality—are not disclosed to any third real and/or legal person unless the COMPANY's approval is obtained.

 

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU COLLECT?

 

By using TUBE KING services, USER accepts to exchange the following information.

 

The USER acknowledges and agrees that any information obtained will be utilized in the creation of HARBY APPS applications, including the TUBE KING application and project that is a part of HARBY APPS.

Apps on the Device

 

Time Zones and Login Information (including location, IP address, previous session, location, and other device variables)

Email Linked to Google Login

Name of the YouTube channel and its ID

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

 

The USER agrees not to hold the Company or the application under which it is used liable for any aspect of or use of data resulting from the information it shares.

 

The USER agrees to furnish the Company with any pertinent data and paperwork related to the TUBE KING initiative.

 

The information, documents, user data, address, telephone, and other information and documents related to the application, program, and panel mentioned in this agreement are confidential, so they may not be used in any way by third parties without the Company's and/or legal persons' and organizations' consent, other than for their operational needs.

 

The USER agrees to use the program in line with local laws and accepts responsibility for doing so.

 

The COMPANY considers the disclosed information as confidential information, agrees to store it securely, and agrees to keep it private and only share it with other real and/or legal individuals and organizations as necessary for business and development.

 

The continuation and specifics of Party Obligations and Responsibilities are set forth in the General Terms of Use.

 

 

5. DURATION

 

Obligation to comply with the confidentiality, which is the subject of this agreement, starts with the active use of the application, program and panel by the USER and will continue until the end of its use.

 

 

 

6. GENERAL TERMS OF USE & INFORMATION

The company does not give any institution a promise that it will maintain any data collected during the application usage time, before, or after, uninterrupted and without loss.

 

In the event of a potential illegal circumstance or security flaw, the company declines to bear responsibility for disclosing the information that has been gathered.

 

The company will use the data it has gathered to create its own applications, including those for TUBE KING and HARBY APPS.

 

It IS NOT ALLOWED to hack into or attack any computer system, device, server, or computer network using our service.

 

It IS NOT ALLOWED to view or port scan other computers, devices, servers, or computer networks using our service.

 

Distributing different viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful or dangerous software is NOT permitted using our service.

 

 

exploiting glitches, deception, etc. in the TUBE KING application or other Company apps. If you conduct business, we retain the right to suspend or delete your account(s) without warning or compensation.

 

 

We reserve the right to delete all of your accounts if you use more than 3 in the TUBE KING application or other apps of the Company.

 

 

We reserve the right to terminate the service immediately. Unless there is a question, the reimbursement will only be applicable to services that were acquired after the service termination date.

 

Within the parameters of the service, users have the option to cancel in-app purchases and subscriptions up to 30 minutes after purchase. If it surpasses 30, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
